PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering wheel solving a problem of low productivity and low recycleability of an RIM urethane steering wheel, having a soft feeling equal to RIM urethane and requiring no painting. SOLUTION: This steering wheel composed of a metallic core inserted inside and a foaming body of thermoplastic elastomer having an nonfoaming skin layer having the thickness of 0.1 mm to 3 mm on a skin layer and having foaming magnification of 1.2 to 3.0 times is featured in that the thermoplastic elastomer is a polyester ester block copolymer by copolymerizing the following (a), (b), (c) components. |
