PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for instantaneously heating the surface of a mold in order to solve a quality problem from an aspect of the appearance of a synthetic resin and to enhance the strength and thermal properties of the resin. SOLUTION: A casting supply part (10) for supplying a casting (12) in a molten state, upper and lower molds (20, 30) having a predetermined shape for injection molding, an injection molding control device (50) for controlling the upper and lower molds, an air and gaseous fuel mixing and supplying device (90) for simultaneously or selectively supplying high pressure air and gaseous fuel, a gaseous fuel mixing and supplying control device (70) for controlling the air and gaseous fuel mixing and supplying device (90), a connection device (60) for interfacing the control signal of the injection molding control device (50) with that of the gaseous fuel mixing and supply control device (70) and a control panel for visually showing the controls, conditions and operation states of the respective devices are included. The casting (synthetic resin) in a molten state is charged in the already heated molds to be molded and immediately cooled to enhance the strength and thermal properties of the injected article and the continuous production of the injected article and automation are achieved.
