PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new substance having ACAT(acyl-CoA cholesteryl acyltransferases) inhibitory action. SOLUTION: An ACAT inhibitor composed of a compound obtained by purifying Ilex cornuta and represented by general formula (I) (wherein R1 is an acyl group, an alkyl group or H; and R2 is an alkenyl group having a linear, branched or cyclic structure) is included in an antihyperlipidemic composition as foods or cosmetics.
