PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas leaning apparatus capable of highly efficiently removing pollutants contained in an exhaust gas blow and removing malodorous components with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A first exhaust gas treatment apparatus 17 having a discharge port communicating with an opening of one end of a duct body 13 is installed in a range food 11 in a cooking chamber 5. When the exhaust gas blow 18 flowing through a flow inlet 24 passes through a cylindrical, permeable, and non-combustible filter body 40 rotated by an electric motor, polluting substances are collected. The pollutants are washed out with a washing solution in a washing tank 22 in which the filter body 40 is partially immersed. A second exhaust gas treatment apparatus 19 is installed in the peripheral part of a discharge port 12 of the duct body 13. The malodorous components in the exhaust gas blow from which polluting substances are almost completely removed are brought into contact with a photocatalyst layer on the surface of a ceramic porous body with a three-dimensional mesh structure and bearing ceramic particles on the surface and are decomposed by the photocatalytic function. Even if the exhaust gas blow 18 from a kitchen in extremely polluted state, cleaning treatment can be carried out to a high extent.
