PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice washing and cooking device which automatically meters and clean the rice stored in a rice storage section, then cooks the rice, is capable of cooking the rice to cooked rice having good quality, facillitated the washing of a washing tank and can improve rice cooking work efficiency. SOLUTION: This rice cooking and washing device is arranged with the rice storage section A, a rice washing section B provided with a jacket 1 capable of downwardly guiding the rice and a rice cooking section C provided with a rice cooker 2 successively from the upper side in this order. This jacket 1 is capable of feeding the rice and water for cooking to the rice cooker 2 and its side wall 3 is provided with a drain hole 4 openable and closable by a drain hole stop valve 5. This drain hole is communicated with a drain box 32 and the washing tank 6 is cleaned by supplying of liquid, powder or solid cleaning agent and feeding of water after ending the washing and feeding of the rice.
