PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To previously prevent the development of wrinkles at the drawn-in portions of a cover or a trim cover assembly. SOLUTION: This vehicular seat comprises a plurality of longitudinal drawn-in seam ends 27, which project from the back surface of a cover to be sewn together, and specific slide fasteners 29 having zipper tapes 30 and 31, each of which comprises a strip of foam slab 33 integrally fixed to the rear surface thereof and extends longitudinally with respect to drawing-in grooves 25 and which zipper tapes are sewn to the longitudinal drawn-in seam ends 27 such that the slabs 33 respectively enfold the drawn-in seam ends 27 therein. The vehicular seat is formed by pushing a zipper tape 30 of each specific slide fastener 29 to the other zipper tape 31 thereof to combine them together and putting the cover on a seat pad 18 such that the specific slide fasteners 29 and consequently the longitudinal drawn-in seam ends 27 are drawn into the longitudinal grooves 25 and 25.
