PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine with dryer in which a layout space in outer case or top cover is small when supplying via warm air supplying means the warm air heated with a heating unit into washing tub during drying process, upper opening for taking in and out washing clothes in washing and drying tub is not narrow, maintenance such as change of heating unit can be performed easily without taking out whole top cover and upsizing of washer with dryer is prevented. SOLUTION: The washing machine with dryer is equipped with the outer box 1, the top cover 9 arranged on an upper part of the outer box 1, a washing tub 4 arranged inside the outer box 1 and a warm air supplying means that supplies the washing tank 4 with warm air. A heating unit 10 of the warm air supplying means is arranged behind the top cover 9 and an outlet duct 22 that guides warm air from the heating unit 10 into the washing tank 4 is arranged along inside of the top cover 9.
