PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vessel for a cosmetic material in which an impact force transmitted to an intermediate tray is effectively absorbed by freely oscillating the intermediate tray while the support function of the central part of the intermediate tray is improved and an impact absorbing structure can be more simplified. SOLUTION: A cushion material 16 is stuck to the lower surface of an intermediate tray 15 through an upper adhesive layer 22 and to the bottom surface 14a of a recessed part 14 through a lower adhesive layer 23. Either the upper adhesive layer 22 or the lower adhesive layer 23 is formed as an adhesive layer with an area smaller than the area of the lowr surface 15a of the intermediate tray 15. The small area adhesive layer is arranged on the central part of the intermediate tray 15. On the bottom surface 14a of the recessed part 14, an irregular part 25 is formed so that a protruding part 25a is arranged at a part corresponding to the small area adhesive layer 24. Thus, the intermediate tray 15 is supported so as to be freely swung in a seesaw manner on the small area adhesive layer as a supporting point.
