PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cosmetic having transparency and simultaneously capable of varying feeling of skin hue and obtaining good feeling of use. SOLUTION: This cosmetic is obtained by including (A) a hollow-structural metallic oxide plate-like powder and (B) an oil having <=1,000 mPa.s viscosity.
