PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition, a prepreg and a laminated sheet having flame retardance without using a halogen-based flame retardant. SOLUTION: This flame-retarded resin composition consists essentially of (A) an epoxy resin, (B) a curing agent and (C) phosphine oxide. This prepreg and this laminated sheet each uses the above resin composition.
