PURPOSE: Provided is a portable apparatus for massaging the skin of the body that includes a first massaging part with projections and a second massaging part moved up and down respectively, which can massage bent parts of the skin evenly and serve acupressure therapy to acupuncture spots of the skin and prevent geriatric diseases and aging of the skin. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises an operation part(10) composed of an operation device generating rotational power, an eccentric axis eccentrically rotated by the rotary power and a motion axis connected with the eccentric axis by a bearing for converting rotary motion of the eccentric axis into an up-and-down motion, a first massage part(21) having a fastening device connected and interlocked with the motion axis to be vertically moved and a plurality of elongated massage projections placed at the end of the fastening device to be contacted with the surface of the skin, a second massage part(22) having a fastening device connected and interlocked with the motion axis to be vertically moved and an infrared lamp installed at the end of the fastening device for generating heat to be transmitted to the surface of skin, and a handle part(30) including a power on and off switch(31) for operating the operation device.
