PURPOSE: Provided is a device for adjusting locations of shoulder straps of rucksack up and down to be fit to ones body, which prevents fatigue or shock to the body caused by long time movement. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises both side guides(3) installed at the back of the rucksack for guiding the location adjusting device(5) of shoulder straps at both sides, a center guide bar(4) fit into a guide hole(5b) at the central part for guiding the device at the central part, shoulder straps(7) placed at the top both sides of the device and removed with up and down movement of the device, track shaped holes(5c,5c') at the top and the bottom where length adjusting bands are fastened to prevent the device from being moved from the present location after setting of the location of the shoulder straps.
