PURPOSE: A liquid crystal panel having a round type common electrode line is provided to supply the common voltage by forming a plurality of data pad sections and a common voltage line. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal panel comprises a round type common voltage pad section(20) connected to a common voltage source. A data pad section(12) is connected to a data drive IC. The round type common voltage pad section(20) is formed when a gate electrode and a gate line are formed. A gate insulating layer is formed on the common voltage pad section(20) and the data pad section(12) is formed thereon. The common voltage pad section(20) is insulated from the data pad section(12) by the gate insulating layer. Ag dots are connected to the common voltage pad section(20) through a contact hole and is connected to an ITO layer of a substrate(2). A common voltage source is positioned at both ends of a data pad area(6).
