PURPOSE: A container type bookshelf and a group type document managing method are provided to protect, to stably preserve the documents for a long time, and to increase the efficiency of management. CONSTITUTION: Various documents are arranged in bookshelves by storing in container typed boxes. When arranging the container typed boxes in the bookshelves, connecting devices fix the bookshelves and the boxes firmly and separate the boxes from the bookshelves easily. The boxes improve preserving properties. A supporting device of the container typed box prevents the movement or fall of the documents. The container typed box is used with an auxiliary device to move 30-100 books. A locking device is stuck to the container typed box to prevent a theft or a loss. The container typed box is sealed to store the documents for a long time.
