PURPOSE: Provided is a table for practicing ping-pong without extra power or partner, which is effective for practicing the ping-pong outdoors or small indoors with low cost. CONSTITUTION: The table comprises a support(11) and having a plurality of support rods(13) vertically fixed at both side corner parts of the top rear ends of the support and including a plurality of connecting devices(14,15) respectively, a lower hitting plate(17) that is a flat board curved backward and installed at the top rear end part of the support at an angle of 45degrees and includes a plurality of fixing rods(19) of which one end is rotatably hinged with the rear face of the plate and the other end is fixed to the bottom connecting device of the support, and an upper hitting plate(20) that is a flat board curved backward and installed with forming an angle of 45degrees with the bottom hitting plate and includes a plurality of fixing rods(22) of which one end is rotatably hinged with the rear face of the plate and the other end is fixed to the top connecting device of the support.
