PURPOSE: A method and device for controlling velocity of brushless DC motor is provided to control equally the phases of the induction voltage and current by lagging one signal of either the induction voltage or current. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling velocity of brushless DC motor comprises a velocity control equipment(8), a voltage order generator(7), an inverter(2), a lagging equipment(10), a current phase detector(3), a brushless DC motor(1), an induction voltage phase detector(4), a velocity detector(5), the first subtracter(6) and the second subtracter(9).
