SUBSTANCE: twisted yarn has single twist yarn of natural or mixed fibers and thread of water-soluble chemical fibers, which is twisted in direction opposite to that of single twist yarn. Method involves twisting single yarn and thread of water-soluble chemical fibers in direction opposite to that of single twist yarn and at twisting rate equal to that of single yarn, with deviation from nominal value of twisting rate of single yarn not exceeding plus and minus 15%. Components subjected to twisting process are used in amounts, wt%: natural or mixed fibers 70-95 and water-soluble chemical fibers 5-30. Method allows woven and knitted fabric producing the effect of fabric manufactured from yarn free of twists to be manufactured. EFFECT: improved quality of fabric, wider range and reduced manufacture cost of fabric and articles made from such fabric. 3 cl, 1 tbl |
