SUBSTANCE: bacterial mass of culture BCG-M grown in solid potato medium and then in liquid synthetic media is removed, filtered, washed out with drying medium, ground in shuttle-apparatus to obtain homogeneous mass, diluted with stabilizing agent to prepare suspension containing 50 mg of BCG/1 ml followed by centrifugation at 2 000 rev/min for 15-20 min.
