PURPOSE: A reset signal generating circuit of a micro-controller having a voltage level detector is provided which applies a power voltage lower than a reference voltage to the micro-controller to test the micro-controller. CONSTITUTION: A reset signal generating circuit of a micro-controller includes a voltage level detector(10), and a logic circuit(20). The voltage level detector compares a power voltage of the micro-controller with a reference voltage to generate a comparison signal. The logic circuit outputs the comparison signal output from the voltage level detector as a system reset signal during a normal mode, and outputs a reset signal provided from the outside as the system reset signal during a test mode. The logic circuit has an OR gate(22) for receiving the comparison signal and mode selection signals corresponding to the normal and test modes, and an AND gate(24) for receiving a signal output from the OR gate and the reset signal.
