The lock mechanism has angled portions (21A,21B) that separately touch the diameter widening portions (25A,25B) of the piston rods. The piston rods are provided in two cylinders (2A,2B) installed in parallel in the cylinder body (1), and are alternately operated by the supply and exhaust of pressure fluid.
