PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a poriomania person to recognize a necessity for carrying a transmitter to enhance its carrying rate and availability by storing a whistle in a transmitter case being the transmitter to be carried by the poriomania person, and to extend the life of the transmitter by enlarging a battery storing part to be stored in the case together with the whistle and a high frequency transmitting circuit thereby storing a large capacity battery. SOLUTION: The poriomania person monitoring device is composed of the transmitter 1 which is carried by the poriomania person and transmits radio wave and a receiver 2 which is arranged at the side of a monitoring person and receives the radio wave to judge whether the poriomania person exists in a prescribed area or not. The transmitter is provided with the high frequency transmitting circuit 10 for intermittently transmitting a high frequency signal, the battery storing part 11a for storing the battery 11 supplying a power source to the circuit 10 and the whistle 12 which is stored in the transmitter case 1a and informs the monitoring person about that the poriomania person has something to do.
