PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exchange reels having high workability and supply and position parts with high accuracy by suppressing the friction which occurs when a tape is led out of a reel, in such a structure that the reel wound with the tape is attached to a plate and is fed to a prescribed parts taking-out section while the tape is led out of the reel. SOLUTION: A rotating shaft 23 is fitted in the notched section 21 of the rear-side plate 3, and the reel 5 rotates around the shaft 23. By adopting the constitution that holds the reel 5 by hooking the reel 5 on the shaft 23 in such a way, the friction which occurs when the tape 6 is lead out of the reel 5 is suppressed. In addition, since the shaft 23 can be attached and detached freely to and from the notched section 21 of the plate 3 in a direction along the plate 3, the reel 5 can be removed from the plate 3 together with the shaft 23, regardless of the set-up position and set-up state of a tape feeder 1. |
