SOLUTION: A recording part 114 records a reliable phase rotation corresponding quantity obtained in advance by a sufficient number of samples before starting communications, a measuring part 112 measures the phase rotation of an already known signal, and a comparing part 113 compares the measured phase rotation with the correcting quantity to update the correcting quantity anytime during communications in accordance with the result of the comparison.
