PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container carrying system which is convenient for use, efficiency in operation, and rapid and easy in handling a large number of containers. SOLUTION: The container carrying system comprises a turn table which can place a predetermined number of plate-like containers 11 or tip racks thereon and carries them along an annular path in the forward and reverse directions at the same time, a plurality of container working devices 15 to achieve various kinds of works on the containers placed on the turn table or contents thereof, a robot 14 which is provided in an inside area surrounded by the path, has an arm capable of moving a holding part between arbitrary positions in the area including the position of placement of the containers of the container working device, and individually carries the containers, and a control unit to control the carriage of the turn table, the work of the container working device, and the robot. |
