PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmitting circuit which prevents previously malfunction caused by a leak current of an interface input/output block connected to a data line. SOLUTION: This data transmitting circuit is provided with a data line transmitting data, an interface input/output block connected to the data line and in which input/output of data is performed through the data line, and a leak current detection/compensation current generating circuit connected to the data line, detecting magnitude of a leak current in the data line before input/output of the data and storing it, generating a compensation current canceling the leak current at the time of input/output of data and causing to flow it in the data line.
