PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical recording medium having plural recording surfaces, uniform thickness of an adhesive layer for joining substrates and capable of stabilizing the reading of reproducing signal and a manufacturing method thereof. SOLUTION: The optical recording medium 1a is formed by laminating plural substrates 2a, 2b each having a recording surface 3 of information through the adhesive layer 6 which is composed of a cured adhesive, and contains granular materials, suitably beads having almost the same diameter as the film thickness L of the adhesive layer 6. |
