<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double charging preventing method for vehicle roadside communication which can surely prevent double charging for the vehicle roadside communication. SOLUTION: Communication history information and a link ID that a roadside radio device 5 can obtain during a communication with an on-vehicle unit 8 are used to enable the roadside radio device 5 to decide recommunication with the same on-vehicle unit 8.</p> |
