PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a distribution destination from original transmission side equipment at the time of reutilizing information sent from the transmission side equipment to reception side equipment in the case that the information is reutilized and the reception side equipment newly becomes the transmission side equipment and sends the information to different reception side equipment in a system provided with transmission/reception functions while there is the problem that a destination is freely edited on a receiver side even when the user of a transmitter thinks to limit the distribution destination since received hearsay contents can be freely reutilized is conventional equipment. SOLUTION: The transmitter adds attribute information at the time of transmitting the information and the attribute information is an attribute for specifying a using method when a receiver performs reutilization. On the receiver side, by controlling the destination corresponding to the received attribute at the time of reutilizing the received contents, the distribution destination of the hearsay contents is limited.
