摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistance temperature sensor the resistance value of which can be adjusted. SOLUTION: The resistance temperature sensor is constituted in such a way that lead-out electrodes 2a and 2b and a linear resistance electrode 3 having bent sections are formed on a first ceramic sheet and a laminated body is obtained by superposing a second ceramic sheet having through holes 5a and 5b upon the first ceramic sheet so that the through holes 5a and 5b may be put on the bent sections of the electrode 3. Then a sintered body having the resistance electrode 3 between first and second insulator layers 1 and 4 is obtained by baking the laminated body and the resistance value between the lead-out electrodes 2a and 2b of the sintered body is measured. When the measured resistance value is higher than a desired resistance value, the measured value is adjusted to the desired value by filling up the through hole 5a with a conductive material 6a and shortening the length of the resistance electrode 3 between the lead-out electrodes 2a and 2b. In addition, the other through hole 5b is filled up with an insulating material 6b.
