PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To access a mobile DB inside a DB card in the state that the DB is kept ciphered and to surely prevent the leakage of important information without the risk of letting the full picture of the DB decoded while just the security of only a decoded record becomes a problem even in the worst case that a terminal other than the proper one reaches the access of the mobile DB in the loss or robbery of the card or malice or the like. SOLUTION: A server device 1 individually ciphers the respective records of the mobile DB to be distributed to the DB card and writes them to the card. Portable terminal equipment 2 discriminates whether or not the card set to it is a proper medium made to correspond to the terminal, and at the time of the medium corresponding to the terminal, permits the access to the DB inside the card, individually reads the record arbitrarily specified as an access object, decodes data for one record and displays and outputs the contents of the record. |
