PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support concerning a service for substituting the call of emergency contact for receiving the support of data from a head office to a required institution in place of a person, who requires the support by performing communication to the head office with portable terminal equipment or the like and the retrieval and provision of information in the case that the weak such as a middle-aged or advanced age person meets an accident or the like. SOLUTION: A member such as the weak like the middle-aged or advanced age person registers his/her own data and the required destination of emergency contact or a message to be communicated in the head office and in the case of emergency such as when the member meets any accident or trouble, by communicating with the head office, the head office performs the service for substituting the call of emergency contact to the required destination of contact in place of the member and the service for retrieving and providing information in order to speedily solve problems concerning the requested matter.
