PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce burden on a worker and to reduce time to confirm a delivery result by automatically decompressing a file compressed and delivered in a time band in the daytime in the off-peak period of traffic in the nighttime. SOLUTION: When a data file 14 is compressed and transferred to a delivery server 2 in the time band in the daytime by a delivery execution origin 1, it is distributed to a branch server 4 via an area representative server 3. The branch server 4 starts a shell 41b for execution based on started year, month, date and time set in a shell 41a for startup, namely, in the time band in the daytime when the traffic is at off-peak. Then, the shell 41b for execution automatically decompresses the received compressed data and performs a batch processing to a client 5. In addition, the area representative server 3 and the branch server 4 transmit the delivery result to the delivery execution origin 1 by mail and individually cope with the branch server 4.
