VIAL CONNECTOR SYSTEM

A vial connector includes a member (20) having a base (35) carrying a circular array of detent teeth (24) on resilient arms (22). The teeth (24) have undercut inner surfaces (28) so that they can lock under the head (14) of a vial (10) and prevent its withdrawal. The connector member (20) can be moulded in a mould (60) with a circular array of mould pins (70) which are withdrawn rearwardly through holes in the base. These holes may subsequently be closed by a rear member (40).
