PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To report a tracking action by a third person to a driver by grasping the state of peripheral vehicles. SOLUTION: A tracking vehicle retrieving device is provided with a tracking vehicle retrieving means 5 for retrieving vehicles existing in a range which is set with a self vehicle as a center at every retrieval period based on another vehicle position information received by a vehicle information receiving means 1, a self vehicle position detected by a self vehicle position detecting means 3, the set range set by a range setting means 2 and the retrieval period set by a time setting means 4, with a vehicle judging means 6 for judging the existence of the vehicle which is normally retrieved during a judgement period based on the vehicle retrieved by the means 5 and on the judgement period set by the means 4 and with a reporting means 7 for reporting the existence of the vehicle to the driver when the vehicle judged by the means 6 exists.
