<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize excellent display quality by decreasing an off-current of thin film transistors of a pixel circuit when a scanning line is in the unselected state. SOLUTION: In a pixel circuit, voltages applied across drain electrodes and source electrodes of the thin film transistors are reduced by connecting plural thin film transistors 104, 104b in series, connecting another thin film transistor 104c to the connection point A between the former transistors, connecting another electrode of the thin film transistor 104c to a fixed potential line drive circuit 112 to fix the potential.</p> |
