PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dial fixing structure for clock, which makes the mounting work and demounting of a solar cell or electroluminescence and a dial for clock on and from a module easy. SOLUTION: A structure, in which a solar cell or electroluminescence and a dial for clock are fixed on a module, is composed of an auxiliary ring having a plurality of hooks which are projections to be fixed to the module on its lower surface and a plurality of paired cylindrical projecting sections, used for fixing the dial to the outer periphery of the upper surface of the module and the dial having a plurality of notches, to be engaged with and fixed to the cylindrical projects on its outer periphery. The projecting hooks of the auxiliary ring are engaged with and fixed to the module and the notches of the dial are engaged with and fixed to the cylindrical projections of the auxiliary ring.
