PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accelerate whole processing by optimizing the balance of processing at a transmission side and a reception side corresponding to the characteristics of data to be transmitted and data transferring amounts and a data transferring time. SOLUTION: The name of an application preparing various processing systems for processing picture data or print data and the name of a user who prints the data are notified from a host device 1 to a printer device 2. The printer device 2 selects the optimal processing system and transfer system for quickly operating each processing as a whole based on the past printed result from the same application and the same user as the notified one, and notifies those systems to the host device 1. The host device 1 processes the picture data by the notified processing system, and transfers the picture data to the printer device 2 by the selected transfer system.
