Clamping device of an element (1) of a kinematic chain, the element having embossed parts (2) and hollow parts (3) and comprising: (a) a part (11) with complementary embossed and hollow parts near its periphery, mounted at the end of a web whose opposite extremity is articulated about a fulcrum pin; (b) a unit (16) for moving the part (11) between a released position and a clamped position; (c) indexing means (20) of the position of the element (1); and (d) sensing means of the position of the web (14). An Independent claim is also included for a control system for dumping a ladle (5) of a steelwork converter.
