摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scattering layer consisting of a non-colored transparent resin layer by uniformly dispersing particulates having refractive indices different from one another and used as reflecting bodies in the scattering layer consisting of transparent resin and making the thickness and the surface of the transparent resin layer uniform and flat respectively. SOLUTION: After the particulates are dispersed on the surface of the scattering layer, the transparent resin layers are formed at only necessary parts using an ink-jet method. Or, two or more kinds of transparent resin having refractive indices different from one another are injected using the ink-jet method to uniformly disperse the parts having refractive indices different from one another in the transparent resin layer. Or the transparent resin layers are formed so as to cover the liquid drops of the transparent resin having refractive indices different from one another. The scattering layer can be adopted as a color filter.
