PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for labor saving work for connecting together the heads of a plurality of foundation piles for independent column construction in the areas of building construction, civil engineering and electric power and communication. SOLUTION: In an erected column subjected to a horizontal force and a bending moment due to an eccentric axial force which are borne by a horizontal yield strength of foundation piles, a pair of box-shaped structures made by steel fabrication are used for connecting together the elected column and a plurality of pile heads. These connecting members are connected to one united body by a plurality of firmly tied frames, and various members are rationally arranged at important places for definite transmission of the external forces and bending moments to the foundation piles and also for strengthening pushing force and shear resistance by filling caulking materials. Also, it can be used as guide frame during pile driving.
