INK FOR GOLF BALL, PRINTING METHOD BY USING THIS, AND GOLF BALL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink for golf balls which needs no undercoating in print ing a mark, and produces such a fine mark as has no see-through and no ink run when printing is made directly on a cover or ball surface made of an ionomer or the like and besides can print such a mark as is excellent in the impact resistance and the scuff resistance so that the mark can remain un changed even by repeated hitting and bunker shots with a golf club. SOLUTION: The ink contains a vinyl resin, an acrylic-based resin and a colorant. The printing method comprises a step of roughening a ball body surface by abrading; and a step of printing out on the roughened surface of the ball body by a pad printing by using the above ink.
