PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading element for the dewatering blade bar of a web- forming wire effective for eliminating the clogging phenomenon at the blade bar. SOLUTION: The loading element supports and/or loads the wire of a paper machine, etc., and/or scrapes water from the surface of the wire, is loaded by the pressure of a medium and contains a movable load blade bar 41 and a fixed body 43. A slide rail 44 is placed at the vacant top of the body. The load blade bar 41 is laterally supported in the horizontal posture to eliminate the clogging phenomenon of the loading element, supported by the slide rail 44 and a roller means or a ball means 100 and moves toward the wire or is separated from the wire.
