COMPOUND MATERIAL GOLF CLUB HEAD AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf club head of a compound material with a good coefficient of rebound. SOLUTION: This golf club head is made of a compound material and has a hitting plate with a thickness of 0.010 to 0.250 inches. The golf club head has a coefficient of rebound bigger than 0.8 under the condition such as the USGA test condition set based on Rule4-1e of Appendix II of the Rules of Golf for 1998 to 1999. The body of the golf club head is made of a compound material and a weight strip is installed in the ribbon of the body.
