A method for transporting leathers or other products, in the tanning sector, particularly from a working station to the following one, provides, according to the working phase and to the related status of the leather, apparatus based on the injection of air under pressure into conveyance conduits, or based on the creation of vacuum conditions in the same conduits. Vacuum generating means may be connected directly to the delivery drums or to specific tanks connected to said drums; apposite valves are situated in correspondence to the entries of the various sections of the production line in order to assure the safe working of machineries to used in the production line and, also, to allow the conveyance of leathers and products in the above production line sections. |
