PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch an inlet cover mounted on a receiving frame of a catch basin to be removable or unremovable from the receiving frame with simple and easy operation. SOLUTION: The receiving frame 1 consists of a lower frame 1b and an upper frame 1a internally fitted to the lower frame 1b so as to be uneven with the lower frame 1b, both of which are connected via a washer laid between bolt passing portions 2 protruded sideways from both frames 1a, 1b with a bolt while the height of the receiving frame 1 is adjusted with the number of the washers being zero. The cover 5 has skirts 6 protruded on the corners, fitted to the upper frame 1a. A locking pawl 9 has a vertical hole 11 and a hook hole 12, and a pair of bolt pins 14 to be mounted on a bracket 7 to be fixed between the skirts are passed through the vertical hole 11 and the hook hole 12. With the cover 5 mounted on the receiving frame 1, the upper end of the vertical hole and the upper end of the hook hole are engaged with the pins 14, respectively, to constrain the sideway movement of the locking pawl 9. When the cover 5 is removed, the locking pawl 9 is lifted up for rotational movement, by the pins 13 and the pawl 9a is escaped from the lower end of the upper frame.
