PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic oil supplying system supplying a necessary quantity of hydraulic oil while the fuel consumption is enhanced. SOLUTION: A mechanical oil pump 10 is driven mechanically by the driving shaft of an engine, and an electric oil pump 30 includes a pump body 31 and a motor 32 to drive the pump body 31. A pressure accumulating vessel 20 has a pressure accumulating chamber 21 to store the hydraulic oil discharged from the pump 10 when solenoid valves 12 and 35 are closed. When the engine speed is below a specified level, the solenoid valve 12 is opened while the other 35 is closed, and from the two oil pumps, the hydraulic oil is supplied to a secondary oil pressure chamber 52 by driving the pump 30. In the case a continuously variable transmission makes a quick shift, the solenoid valve 12 is closed while the other 35 is opened, and from the pump 30 the hydraulic oil of high pressure accumulated in the chamber 21 is supplied to the secondary oil pressure chamber 52 by driving the pump 30. |
