PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door stopper inconspicuous in a normal state and capable of being installed at a low cost and used as a tool for forcibly opening a door in an emergency state. SOLUTION: The door stopper A comprises a vertically long plate 1 capable of being fixed to a side face in a room having the door 5 and having a locking section 6 to be locked to a base member 2 at a part, the base member 2 having a magnetic plate 7 to be attracted to a plate in the rear face and a guide rail 8 in the front face, a guiding side plate section 10 capable of being slide along a rail section on the rear side, a stopping member 12 capable of locking a link member at any position on the front side, a link member 3 having a shaft rotatably supporting section 13 for rotatably supporting the shaft of a projected leg section, and a stopper leg section 4 having a shaft member 14 rotatably supported by a horizontal shaft 15 capable of being turned to the shaft rotatably supporting section 13 and being removable when necessary and a whistle 16 internally arranged at one end section so that it can be pulled out when necessary and internally arranging a pointed end 17 becoming thin toward the end for pry-opening doors and a magnet 19 in a pivotally supporting member 18 detachably covering the pointed end at the other end section.
