PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a glaze on the surface of brick is released by a conventional rotary cutter when a charging hole lid composed of glazed burnt precast block, etc., is cleaned. SOLUTION: A pair of supporting arms 14 and 14' are equipped with high- pressure water jetting parts 12 and 12'. The high-pressure water jetting parts 12 and 12' are provided with high-pressure water nozzles 12a and 12a' in proximity in a row arrangement, respectively. The charging hole lid 13 can be installed between the supporting arms 14 and 14', the high-pressure water nozzles 12a and 12a' are arranged closely to sides 13a and 13a' of the charging hole lid. The supporting arms 14 and 14' are supported on a supporting base 22 and the supporting base 22 is installed in a lifting and lowering manner along a guide pillar 24. Consequently since the sides 13a and 13a' of the charging hole lid can be cleaned by jetting of high-pressure water from the high-pressure water nozzles 12a and 12a', when the charging hole lid composed of a glaze burnt precast concrete is cleaned, the cleaning can be carried out without causing release of glaze, etc.
