PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and inexpensive active vibration absorbing device for efficiently absorbing vibration in a well responsive manner. SOLUTION: A mass 3 arranged at a perpendicular point of three axes being perpendicular to one another is supported by a displacement member displaceable consisting of a y-driving expansion arms 7a, 7b, x-driving expansion arms 8a, 8b, z-driving expansion arms 9a, 9b and piezoelectric elements 10a, 10b, 11a, 12a, 12b, so that reaction on vibration given from the outside can be generated in the displacement member to cancel vibrations in the directions of three axes. |
