PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a conventional panel for shielding electromagnetic wave that the structure is complicated, cost is high, unattractive and, a rust preventive measure must be taken on the surface thereof as the case may be. SOLUTION: A metal fitting 2 of generally L-shape in side view is welded to the outer periphery of a porcelain enamel panel 1 so as to be conducted to a metal plate of a base, and the fitting 2 is fixed to a metal substrate 3 with machine screws 4 so as to install a plurality of porcelain enamel panels 1 through the metal substrate 3 in the state of being connected electrically to each other. Thus, the enamel panel 1 itself having the metal base functions as a structure for shielding electromagnetic wave.
